    Policies:

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

    Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed. You will see the final costs and delivery times in the order Checkout. There is a 12 to 16 days on average for shoe delivery. Please be patient as every order is custom fulfilled.
